What inspired us to launch Specialist Payments?

We have a passion for simplifying complex processes.

Our background stems from working in customer service teams across the card payments sector. Over the years, the thousands of calls that came in all had a very similar theme. Customers felt they were paying too much, didn't understand their charges, and more often than not were unaware they were in a lengthy contract.

The demand for flexible solutions with crystal clear pricing was obvious, so Specialist Payments was launched with the sole intention of delivering just that!

How it's going?

Our customers love us and the service we are providing, but we aren't stopping there!

We were already helping businesses take payments through their websites, so why not deliver the whole package and build their websites too?

We therefore recently launched our new Website Design and Marketing division which creates beautiful and stunning content.

Where are we located?

London, but all over really!

Our office is in the capital, but thanks to modern technology we are able to help businesses all over the UK. From St Ives down in Cornwall to Dunnet up in Scotland, no business is too far!
